CENTRAL EUROPE: Study shows that transnational cooperation supports sustainable energy uptake

An external study finalised in March 2014 has concluded that transnational energy projects contribute substantially in assisting central European regions to adapt their regional energy policies and to take advantage of the benefits of renewable energies and energy efficiency. The 21 projects analysed are co-financed with more than 37 million Euros by the CENTRAL EUROPE Programme under the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
