Target groups

Project is focusing on selected industrial sector districts (selected SMEs with non complicated production process such as hosiery, bakery, diary, mechanical, plastic and wood industry), where the application and testing of simplified LiCEA tool is achievable in primary phase. The connection with industrial districts and their service centers is strategic and basic for the project implementation: it ensures the involvement of a consistent number of SMEs in the project.

The local energy Agencies and Business Development Centers are involved in LiCEA project as the target group as well. The long-term objective of LiCEA tool is to strengthen their position and development process. Moreover the project enables to gain many new experiences in Life Cycle based Energy auditing.

Project results and outputs will be disseminated to local Public administrations as policy-makers. The formal and substantial connection with Public Bodies ensures the possibility to share and export the results of the project, with the main aim to insert them in the public energy program, to bring them to the institutional level and to promote the implementation of the program as a public utility and interest.

In the end we should see the final beneficiaries - customers of SMEs involved in the project. They can actually benefit from more affordable prices of products/services provided by SMEs where the application of LiCEA tool will be successful.
